7¡£ Why did the system show "Member ID already exists" during the registration?
Your desired Member ID has been used by other member; or you've already used the same Member ID in your previous registration. If it is the case, please use alternative Member ID in your registration. Here we only allow your email address as member ID.
8¡£ Can I change my alighting membership ID?
No. However, you can create a new ID by re-registering as a free member. If you re-register with a new ID, please advice us at message board of service center so that we can delete your old one.
